Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets the rules for using Feutainer WMS to ensure reliable and secure service for all customers.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Uploading malware, spyware, or any harmful code.
• Attempting to bypass security controls or probe the Service for vulnerabilities.
• Using the Service to store or transmit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Sharing login credentials or permitting unauthorised users to access the platform.
• Performing load or penetration testing without written approval.

3. Resource Usage

Automated integrations must respect documented API limits. Batch jobs or mass imports should be scheduled to avoid degrading performance for other tenants.

4. Data Protection

You must ensure that personal data uploaded to the Service complies with applicable laws. Promptly report any suspected breaches to Charles@feutainer.com.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access. We may cooperate with law enforcement where required.

6. Updates

We may update this AUP periodically. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use signifies acceptance.
