Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Feutainer WMS (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• Account holders must be authorized representatives of their organization.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Customer Data & Ownership

Your organization retains all rights to the data uploaded to the Service. You grant Feutainer LLC a limited licence to store, process, and display that data solely to deliver the Service and agreed support.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload malicious code, unlawful content, or data you are not authorised to share.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or circumvent the security or integrity of the Service.

5. Service Availability & Support

We aim to provide continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Support channels and response targets are outlined in your subscription agreement.

6. Payment & Subscription

Fees, billing frequency, and taxes are governed by your commercial agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service for convenience with written notice per the subscription agreement. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breaches of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Feutainer LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app message. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
